Leadership Letters welcomes finished papers from both scholars and practitioners. The journal seeks contributions from various disciplinary perspectives, but equally desirable are contributions from multi-, inter-, and transdisciplinary perspectives. The aim of the journal is to publish scholarly research, theory, and developmental application from diverse fields of inquiry about leadership.
Articles should be based on original research on theory of organizations and leadership, written in a jargon-free, non-technical style. Articles should appeal to a broad readership of leaders and constituents in private, public, government, and nonprofit organizations, in addition to academic researchers and educators from a variety of disciplines.
